She was involved in deal-structuring and negotiation on both sides of the table, as a buyer and as a seller, in roles as an executive, entrepreneur, venture capitalist and investment banker. Alina has great network of contacts with institutional investors, family offices and high net worth individuals, both in the United States and abroad. Alina holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics, an Executive MBA, and is a CFA charter holder; she is fluent in seven languages.
